I just had a fantastic stay at the Barceló Istanbul Hotel and wanted to share my experience. Everything was perfect, from the modern and comfortable facilities to the impeccable cleanliness of the premises. I want to extend a special thanks to the receptionist, ATOUSA. Her warm welcome and professionalism truly made a difference during my stay. She was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and always took the time to ensure I had everything I needed. My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful From the moment I checked in, Ms.Hanieh and Ms.Atousa welcomed me with warmth and professionalism. Ms.Hanieh was also incredibly helpful and attentive in resolving an issue I had. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the daily room service was excellent.
